If you would like to register your child online, please complete the form below.  Please be specific about the child's school.  We offer our program in with many schools that operate under the same name.  In cases where the schools operate by the same name, please include the street name of the school for clarification.  Credit cards will be processed upon receipt and set up to auto pay at the first of each month.  All tuition will be prorated for mid month start dates and you will only be charged for the classes that remain for the month.  This form will be used for music and computers, so please specify the program type when submitting the registration.  Once completed, choose send and the infomation will be forwarded to the main office.
